Depending on the features used, TCGVault may process account information such as an email address and user identifier; collections, folders, decks, preferences and backups; data submitted for public sharing; and technical information needed to operate, secure and diagnose the application.
Camera access is used only when the user activates card scanning. Images are used to identify cards and are not intentionally used for advertising or unrelated tracking.
TCGVault may use Google Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore and Hosting, as well as infrastructure services required for synchronization, public sharing, security and app functionality.
TCGVault does not sell personal information. Service providers required to operate the app may process information. Content deliberately published through a public sharing feature may be visible to anyone with the corresponding link.
Supported online connections use encrypted HTTPS transport. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, maintain security, resolve technical issues or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at the account deletion page.
TCGVault is not specifically designed for young children. Users must comply with the minimum age requirements applicable in their country and to third-party services they access.
The application may display information obtained from external card databases, pricing services or community resources. Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
TCGVault is an independent and unofficial companion application. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bandai, Toei Animation, or the owners of Digimon.
